It was a Sunday morning. I got up early and rushed out for bus at half past six. Obviously, it was not a usual day-actually,it was my first day as a teacher.
"It won't be a hard job." I thought after Mr. Lu phoned the week before, informing my being employed as an English teacher of a spare time school in which he was the director. I didn't find any difficulty in my new job:the texts were very simple and the students I was going to teach were only primary school pupils, which expelled my worry about making mistakes before them. However, I was afraid that I did not at all look like a teacher and as a result, the students, wouldn't listen to me.I almost spent an hour and a half on the way to school. As soon as I arrived, I rushed to Mr. Lugs office. There, with some other new comers, I listened to Mr. Lugs explanation of working rules, teachers' duties and the curriculum. Everything was all right as I had wished until I came to the door of my class room. The bell had already rung, but the class was racketing as a rock contest. "How can I manage such a group of naughty children?" I hesitated and then stepped in.
wow power leveling,
It was a small class with altogether 20 students. Some boys were chasing each other madly in delirious glee while some girls were chatting loudly in an exceptionally sharp voice. Strange enough, as they noticed me, they all returned to their seats and stopped talking. The only reason I could think out for this was that I looked like a teacher, at least in their eyes, which was a great relief to me. After a brief self-introduction, I went on to give my first lesson in English as I had prepared. To my disappointment, all my little students put on a confusing face, their eyes full of puzzle. Someone murmured, "I don't understand."And all the others echoed with nodding. They were mostly in grade 5. I must have overestimated them. I switched to Chinese at once.
in control was a great challenge.
The first day of my teaching was not perfect but satisfying enough. Si nce then I had got to know how a teacher should perform and all the situations that a teacher would run into. Though my teaching has been much improved so far, the first day of the job still remains deep in my mind.
World of warcraft Power Leveling,
People often say that gold and silver are the most valuable things in the world. But I don't think so. In my opinion, to read books is more valuable than anything else. The old saying "To open a book is always helpful" clearly tells us how good it is to read a book.
Books are our friends. They introduce us different kinds of knowledge. They lead us down the road to success.Books are our teachers. They teach us troth, science, literature, and philosophy of life. Besides, they increase our knowledge, enlarge our experience, strengthen our character and do many other things which we can not do without them.Books tell us what is good and what is evil. And only books can tell the good from the bad.
Therefore to read more books is the best policy for our young students.
There is much controversy today about whether television has destroyed communication among family and friends. Some people argue that the communication is baffled by television. Others criticize that television improve the relationship of family and friends. I totally agree with the latter one.wow gold,
Watching TV is a time for the whole family to stop from whatever they are doing to get together. While watch TV, they start to talk about the content of the movie, which is also a kind of communication. Imagining the TV disappears, we would do reading in rooms, while our family would do laundry, do washing dish or going shopping. It simply provides a chance for us to stay together. In addition, the TV supplies us with much information, which we have not known in our daily lives. Some of the constructive movies show on TV, like a family story, a love story, or so on, reinforce the relationship of a family and friends. What's more, we learn from the story that it is important to cherish the broiling of a family and friends.
World of warcraft gold,
At last, it is a kind of recreation that a family or friends can choose to have. Communication can be undertaken by many means, for example, going shopping together, entering a bar, talking intimately about ourselves. In effect, watching TV is a way to let us together and share our happiness with each other. In my opinion, TV provides us opportunity to be together and communicate. In this diversified society, TV doesn't destroy communication among us but show us another way of getting together.

Bidding for and hosting the Olympics successfully is, perhaps, the ultimate glory for a city. However, before transforming the dream into reality, the benefits and drawbacks of bidding for the Olympics should be weighed carefully.

Hosting the Olympics surely would bring about much gain to a city. Boom of the local economy, more jobs, and the possibility of generating income all sound extremely attractive to the municipal government. At the same time, better infrastructure, cleaner environment, enjoying the spectacular game with hundreds of sports elites and entertainment stars, and the opportunity of contacting people from all over the world also seem exciting to the citizens. Besides, the bidding will definitely promote the patriotic emotion and pride, as well as the moral behavior in local people. In most cases, bidding for the Olympics is well supported by both the public and the central government.

Unfortunately, this is not the entire view of the pretty picture. If looking from another angle, the Olympic bid might bring about some side-effects to a city.  wow power leveling,
First of all, the environmental impacts, including the increasing exhaust fumes of cars, more pressure on water resources, huge amount of wasted leaflets and other materials used for public activities, are most probably neglected. In order to broaden the streets, some trees may have to be cut. Near the construction site, the tiny dust may linger in the air for a long time. Reduction of farmland may be caused by the need of setting up new sports centre or accommodation facilities. These environmental consequences can be especially serious in a resource-limited and densely-populated city in a third-world country.

Besides, if talking about the economic benefit, it should not be forgotten that a quick boosting may lead to bubble growth, which may easily crash. If not well managed and organized, the big event may not be so profitable, and the new facilities may be forever empty after the games. Yes, there have been cases that host cities ended up with enormous debts.

Finally, let’s think about the low-income groups in the city. What will they get from the Olympics bidding? More tax, more fees, more expensive property prices, and higher cost of living. These definitely are not good news for them.

To bid or not to, this is a question. It is up to the choice of the municipal government, and the local public. After the decision, what they can do is to make the most of the benefit, and reduce the drawbacks to the least.
world of warcraft power leveling,
The excitement of Sydney 2000 Olympic Games lasted for a long time. 28 gold medals won by Chinese athletes dwarf our Asian nelghhors, heat quite a few hlg countries of sports, and surprise the two superpowers——the United States and the Russian Federation. The great success clearly indicates that a new superpower of sports is in embryo.

Our success in the 27th Olympic Games is far beyond sports. First, the glory greatly enhances the international prestige of China. Through TV, people all over the world know more about New China, especially the dramatic progress made in the past two decades. Next, it greatly boosts the morale of our people. Billions of Chinese witnessed how the former ugly ducklings hecame China with the force of an avalanche. The successful stories or the Olymplc Medalists fuel the ambition of millions of Chinese youth. Finally, It heightens our selfconfidence and nationalism. China, a weak nation in sports in the past, has rapidly risen up and become one of the sports giants. Why couldn't she be a modernized China soon? What is more, the success has laid a firm foundation for Beijing to host the 2008 Olympic Games.
aoc power leveling
The 27th Olimpic Games was over, but the Olympic Spirit lives on. In the race for a better nation, there is no finish line. If we keep on working hard, the day will certainly come when China will be a powerful country with international prestige.

Can it really be sixty-two years ago that I first saw you?

It is truly a lifetime, I know. But as I gaze into your eyes now, it seems like only yesterday that I first saw you, in that small café in Hanover Square. (power leveling)

From the moment I saw you smile, as you opened the door for that young mother and her newborn baby. I knew. I knew that I wanted to share the rest of my life with you.

I still think of how foolish I must have looked, as I gazed at you, that first time. I remember watching you intently, as you took off your hat and loosely shook your short dark hair with your fingers. I felt myself becoming 1)immersed in your every detail, as you placed your hat on the table and cupped your hands around the hot cup of tea, gently blowing the steam away with your 2)pouted lips.

From that moment, everything seemed to make perfect sense to me. The people in the café and the busy street outside all disappeared into a 3)hazy 4)blur. All I could see was you.

All through my life I have relived that very first day. Many, many times I have sat and thought about that the first day, and how for a few 5)fleeting moments I am there, feeling again what is like to know true love for the very first time. It pleases me that I can still have those feelings now after all those years, and I know I will always have them to comfort me.

Not even as I shook and trembled uncontrollably in the 6)trenches, did I forget your face. I would sit huddled into the wet mud, terrified, as the hails of bullets and mortars crashed down around me. I would 7)clutch my rifle tightly to my heart, and think again of that very first day we met. I would cry out in fear, as the noise of war beat down around me. But, as I thought of you and saw you smiling back at me, everything around me would be become silent, and I would be with you again for a few precious moments, far from the death and destruction. It would not be until I opened my eyes once again, that I would see and hear the 8)carnage of the war around me.

I cannot tell you how strong my love for you was back then, when I returned to you on leave in the September, feeling 9)battered, bruised and fragile. We held each other so tight I thought we would burst. I asked you to marry me the very same day and I 10)whooped with joy when you looked deep into my eyes and said "yes" to being my bride.(wow power level)

I`m looking at our wedding photo now, the one on our dressing table, next to your jewellery box. I think of how young and innocent we were back then. I remember being on the church steps grinning like a 11)Cheshire cat, when you said how dashing and handsome I looked in my uniform. The photo is old and faded now, but when I look at it, I only see the bright vibrant colors of our youth. I can still remember every detail of the pretty wedding dress your mother made for you, with its fine delicate lace and pretty pearls. If I concentrate hard enough, I can smell the sweetness of your wedding bouquet as you held it so proudly for everyone to see.

I remember being so over enjoyed, when a year later, you gently held my hand to your waist and whispered in my ear that we were going to be a family.

I know both our children love you dearly; they are outside the door now, waiting.

Do you remember how I panicked like a mad man when Jonathon was born? I can still picture you laughing and smiling at me now, as I 12)clumsily held him for the very first time in my arms. I watched as your laughter faded into tears, as I stared at him and cried my own tears of joy.

Sarah and Tom arrived this morning with little Tessie. Can you remember how we both hugged each other tightly when we saw our tiny granddaughter for the first time? I can`t believe she will be eight next month. I am trying not to cry, my love, as I tell you how beautiful she looks today in her pretty dress and red shiny shoes, she reminds me so much of you that first day we met. She has her hair cut short now, just like yours was all those years ago. When I met her at the door her smile wrapped around me like a warm glove, just like yours used to do, my darling.world of warcraft power leveling

I know you are tired, my dear, and I must let you go. But I love you so much it hurts to do so.

As we grew old together, I would tease you that you had not changed since we first met. But it is true, my darling. I do not see the wrinkles and grey hair that other people see. When I look at you now, I only see your sweet tender lips and youthful sparkling eyes as we sat and had out first picnic next to that small stream, and chased each other around that big old oak tree. I remember wishing those first few days together would last forever. Do you remember how exciting and wonderful those days were?

I must go now, my darling. Our children are waiting outside. They want to say goodbye to you.

I wipe the tears away from my eyes and bend my frail old legs down to the floor, so that I can kneel beside you. I lean close to you and take hold of your hand and kiss your tender lips for the very last time.

However mean your life is, meet it and live it; do not shun it and call it hard names. It is not so bad as you

are. It looks poorest when you are richest. The fault-finder will find faults in paradise. Love your life, poor

as it is. wow power leveling, You may perhaps have some pleasant, thrilling,

glorious hours, even in a poor-house. The setting sun is reflected from the windows of the alms-house as brightly

as from the rich man's abode; the snow melts before its door as early in the spring. I do not see but a quiet

mind may live as contentedly there, and have as cheering thoughts, as in a palace. The town's poor seem to me

often to live the most independent lives of any. May be they are simply great enough to receive without

misgiving. Most think that they are above being supported by the town; but it often happens that they are not

above supporting themselves by dishonest means. which should be more disreputable. Cultivate poverty like a

garden herb, like sage. Do not trouble yourself much to get new things, whether clothes or friends, Turn the

old, return to them. Things do not change; we change. Sell your clothes and keep your thoughts.
The man who is aware of himself is henceforth independent; and he is never bored, and life is only too short,

and he is steeped through and through with profound yet temperate happiness. He alone lives, while other people,

slaves of ceremony, let life slip past time in a kind of dream. Once conform, once do what other people do finer

than they do it, and a lethargy steals over all the finer nerves and faculties of the soul,

world of warcraft power leveling, He becomes all outer

show and inward emptiness; dull, callous, and indifferent.
Joy in living comes from having fine emotions, trusting them, giving them the freedom of a bird in the open. Joy

in living can never be assumed as a pose, or put on from the outside as a mask. People who have this joy don not

need to talk about it; they radiate it. They just live out their joy and let it splash its sunlight and glo
w into other lives as naturally as bird sings.
We can never get it by working for it directly. It comes, like happiness, to those who are aiming at something

higher. It is a byproduct of great, simple living. The joy of living comes from what we put into living, not

from what we seek to get from it.
Years ago, aoc power leveling when

I started looking for my first job, wise advisers urged, "Barbara, be enthusiastic! Enthusiasm will take you

further than any amount of experience."
How right they were. Enthusiastic people can turn a boring drive into an adventure, extra work into opportunity

and strangers into friends.

"Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm," wrote Ralph Waldo Emerson. It is the paste that helps you

hang in there when the going gets tough. It is the inner voice that whispers, "I can do it!" when others shout,

"No, you can't."
It took years and years for the early work of Barbara McClintock, a geneticist who won the 1983 Nobel Prize in

medicine, to be generally accepted. Yet she didn't let up on her experiments. Work was such a deep pleasure for

her that she never thought of stopping.

We are all born with wide-eyed, enthusiastic wonder as anyone knows who has ever seen an infant's delight at the

jingle of keys or the scurrying of a beetle.
It is this childlike wonder that gives enthusiastic people such a youthful air, whatever their age. At 90,

cellist Pablo Casals would start his day by playing Bach. As the music flowed through his fingers, his stooped

shoulders would straighten and joy would reappear in his eyes. Music, for Casals, was an elixir that made life a

never ending adventure. As author and poet Samuel Ullman once wrote, "Years wrinkle the skin, but to give up

enthusiasm wrinkles the soul."

How do you rediscover the enthusiasm of your childhood? The answer, I believe, lies in the word itself.

"Enthusiasm" comes from the Greek and means "God within." And what is God within is but an abiding sense of love

-- proper love of self (self-acceptance) and, from that, love of others.

Enthusiastic people also love what they do, regardless of money or title or power. If we cannot do what we love

as a full-time career, we can as a part-time avocation, like the head of state who paints, the nun who runs

marathons, the executive who handcrafts furniture.

Elizabeth Layton of Wellsville, Kan, was 68 before she began to draw. This activity ended bouts of depression

that had plagued her for at least 30 years, and the quality of her work led one critic to say, "I am tempted to

call Layton a genius." Elizabeth has rediscovered her enthusiasm.

We can't afford to waste tears on "might-have-beens." We need to turn the tears into sweat as we go after "what

-can-be."

We need to live each moment wholeheartedly, with all our senses -- finding pleasure in the fragrance of a back-

yard garden, the crayoned picture of a six-year-old, the enchanting beauty of a rainbow. It is such enthusiastic

love of life that puts a sparkle in our eyes, a lilt in our steps and smooths the wrinkles from our souls.
Love Your Life

What Is a Decision?

A decision is a choice made from among alternative courses of action that are available. The purpose of making a decision is to establish and achieve organizational goals and objectives. The reason for making a decision is that a problem exists, goals or objectives are wrong, or something is standing in the way of accomplishing them.(wow power leveling)
Thus the decision-making process is fundamental to management. Almost everything a manager does involves decisions, indeed, some suggest that the management process is decision making. Although managers cannot predict the future, many of their decisions require that they consider possible future events. Often managers must make a best guess at that the future will be and try to leave as little as possible to chance, but since uncertainty is always there, risk accompanies decisions. Sometimes the consequences of a poor decision are slight; at other times they are serious.(Wow gold)
Choice is the opportunity to select among alternatives. If there is no choice, there is no decision to be made. Decision making is the process of choosing, and many decisions have a broad range of choice. For example, a student may be able to choose among a number of different courses in order to implement the decision to obtain a college degree. Fox managers, every decision has constraints based on policies, procedures, laws, precedents, and the like. These constraints exist at all levels of the organization. World of warcraft gold
Alternatives are the possible courses of action from which choices can be made. If there are no alternatives, there is no choice and, therefore, no decision. If no alternatives are seen, often it means that a thorough job of examining the problems has not been done. For example, managers sometimes treat problems in an either/or fashion; this is their way of simplifying complex problems. But the tendency to simplify blinds them to other alternatives.
At the managerial level, decision making includes limiting alternatives as well as identifying them, and the range is from highly limited to practically unlimited.
Decision makers must have some way of determining which of several alternatives is best - that is, which contributes the most to the achievement of organizational goals. An organizational goal is an end or a state of affairs the organization seeks to reach. Because individuals (and organizations) frequently have different ideas about how to attain the goals, the best choice may depend on who makes the decision. Frequently, departments or units within an organization make decisions that are good for them individually but that are less than optimal for the larger Sro Goldorganization. Called suboptimization, this is a trade-off that increases the advantages to one unit or function but decreases the advantages to another unit or function. For example, the marketing manager may argue effectively for an increased advertising budget. In the larger scheme of things, however, increased funding for research to improve the products might be more beneficial to the organization.
These trade-offs occur because there are many objectives that organizations wish to attain simultaneously. Some of these objectives are more important than others, but the order and degree of importance often vary from person to person and from department to department. Different managers define the same problem in different terms. When presented with a common case, sales managers tend to see sales problems, production managers see production problems, and so on.
The ordering and importance of multiple objectives is also based,Sro Gold,in part, on the values of the decision maker. Such values are personal; they are hard to understand, even by the individual, because they are so dynamic and complex. In many business situations different people's values about acceptable degrees of risk and profitability cause disagreement about the correctness of decisions.
People often assume that a decision is an isolated phenomenon. But from a systems point of view, problems have multiple causes, and decisions have intended and unintended consequences. An organization is an ongoing entity, and a decision made today may have consequences far into the future. Thus the skilled manager looks toward the future consequences of current decisions.Aion kina

Interview God

"Come in," God said to me, "so, you would like to interview Me?"

"If you have the time," I said. (wow power leveling)

He smiled through His beard and said: "My time is called eternity and is enough to do everything; what questions do you have in mind to ask me?"

"None that are new to you. What's the one thing that surprises you most about mankind?"

He answered: "That they get bored of being children, are in a rush to grow up, and then long to be children again. That they lose their health to make money and then lose their money to restore their health. That by thinking anxiously about the future, they forget the present, such that they live neither for the present nor the future. That they live as if they will never die, and they die as if they never had never lived..."

His hands took mine and we were silent. After a long period, I said, "May I ask you another question?"

He replied with a smile. Wow gold

"As a Father, what would you ask your children to do for the new year?"

"To learn that they cannot make anyone love them. What they can do is to let themselves be loved.

To learn that it takes years to build trust, and a few seconds to destroy it.

To learn that what is most valuable is not what they have in their lives, but who they have in their lives.

To learn that it is not good to compare themselves to others. There will be others better or worse than they are.

To learn that a rich person is not one who has the most, but is one who needs the least.

To learn that they should control their attitudes, otherwise their attitudes will control them.

To learn that it only takes a few seconds to open profound wounds in persons we love, and that it takes many years to heal them. Sro Gold

To learn to forgive by practicing forgiveness.

To learn that there are persons that love them dearly, but simply do not know how to show their feelings.

To learn that money can buy everything but happiness.

To learn that while at times they may be entitled to be upset, that does not give them the right to upset those around them.

To learn that great dreams do not require great wings, but a landing gear to achieve.

To learn that true friends are scarce, he/she who has found one has found a true treasure.

To learn that they are masters of what they keep to themselves and slaves of what they say.

To learn that they shall reap what they plant; if they plant gossip they will harvest intrigues, if they plant love they will harvest happiness.

To learn that true happiness is not to achieve their goals but to learn to be satisfied with what they already achieved.

To learn that happiness is a decision.  They decide to be happy with what they are and have, or die from envy and jealousy of what they lack. Aion kina

To learn that two people can look at the same thing and see something totally different.

To learn that those who are honest with themselves without considering the consequences go far in life.

To learn that even though they may think they have nothing to give, when a friend cries with them, they find the strength to appease the pain.

To learn that by trying to hold on to love ones, they very quickly push them away; and by letting go of those they love, they will be side by side forever.

To learn that even though the word "love" has many different meanings, it loses value when it is overstated.

To learn that they can never do something extraordinary for Me to love them; I simply do. World of Warcraft power leveling

To learn that the shortest distance they could be from Me is the "the distance of a prayer."
